Excellent place! Very clean, they treated me wonderful,so I have nothing but good things to say abt them and the office..
Chad, the manager, very helpfully handled the situation with me. It turns out he wasn't wrong, but the state of Florida changed their rules without letting anyone know, gumming up the works for renewing my script for several weeks. Chad did everything he could, was very attentive and compassionate when I explained my myriad severe medical conditions, and did not give up on figuring out the situation until he had an answer for me, and it was a pretty speedy turnaround, 24 hours. He was very committed to helping me and I really felt cared for and appreciated. He also assured me that the company was committed to advocacy to the state to try to make things better for patients and even agreed to change the wording of the email to reflect the state's new policies and grey areas. He was very receptive to criticism and suggestions and I appreciated it a great deal.
So five stars to Chad and MyFloridaGreen -- they have always worked to get me the most out of my prescription, and their prices are reasonable (as reasonable as this system we have in Florida can get), they've always responded quickly over the last five or six years to my communications.
Zero stars to the state of Florida. Stop voting for Republicans, cannabis users. They want you to suffer, they want disabled people to disappear, and they don't care that the bureaucratic nonsense they've tried to push through to gum up the Florida MMJ works threatens the quality of life of millions of people. Stop voting for these monsters who don't think you deserve the right to safe, legal medication and want to make the process prohibitively difficult, confusing, and expensive.
All made the process seamless and comfortable.
