Dr. Slattery is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience serving patients across Florida’s Space Coast. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Creighton University, he earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine before completing his Internal Medicine residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota
Since relocating to Brevard County in 1993, Dr. Slattery has built a reputation for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while helping thousands of individuals improve their health and quality of life. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Medical Staff at Palm Bay Community Hospital, Vice President of the Medical Staff, Chairman of the Credential Committee, and Chairman of the Department of Medical Services.
As a certifying physician with My Florida Green, Dr. Slattery provides comprehensive medical cannabis evaluations for qualified Florida patients. He believes in taking the time to understand each patient’s medical history, symptoms, and treatment goals to determine whether medical cannabis may be an appropriate therapeutic option.
